World Scholars Cup 2024

The World Scholar’s Cup (WSC)  is an international team academic program with students participating from over 82 countries. Each World Scholar’s Cup Regional Round consists of four main events: the Scholar’s Challenge, Collaborative Writing, The Team Debate, and the Scholar’s Bowl.  WSC allows students to apply knowledge and skills to a variety of complex questions and tasks.

This year the PHS World Scholar’s Cup teams will be competing at the Global Round that is being held at Pullman Hotel, Denla British School, and Thammasat University. With over 4000 students from nearly 40 countries our 3 teams have been preparing for many months now after passing the Regional Round this past March, 2024. 2 of our teams will be in the Junior division and 1 team in the Senior division. We wish them luck in their upcoming competition and hope the international experience allows them to meet and make new friendships, exchange their experiences with others, and put their knowledge to the test with some of the best in the world.
