First Lego League (FLL) Robotics Competition

This past weekend (25-26 January), five PHS students competed in the First Lego League (FLL) robotics competition. This was the Thailand national round of this prestigious international competition. The theme of this year’s competition was “Smart Cities”, and our students’ project involved the automated collection and sorting (for recycling purposes) of waste.

They did very well and received the “Core Values Inspiration Award” prize, which is one of the big prizes of the competition. They had a lot of fun in the process and also gained valuable experience in teamwork, public speaking, problem-solving and engineering. We are very proud of the students and wish them the best of success in the future.
