In the M4 Math Project class students are creating a simple video game using JavaScript. Students learn how concepts learned in their standard math classes such as functions, logic and analytic geometry can be applied to moving game objects around the screen. Projects like this help students understand the practical applications of math and give them an idea of what a computer programmer’s job entails.
