PHS Leadership Camp AY2025

This year the leadership camp had a high enrollment – 43 students joined us in Kanchanaburi to develop teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
.
After an early start, and a quick journey due to the new Highway, we arrived at BIG C, students did a supermarket smash and grabbed their food for the campsite. Onto the first of the SUP activities – students learned basic skills and journeyed to the famous Bridge over the River Kwai. Then onto the campsite for campfires and cooking.
.
The 2nd day had the students walking up Erawan, some made it to the top! On the way, they completed teamwork tasks. A quick swim and lunch and off for more SUP. This time with students taking on the role of leaders and navigators. Developing responsibility, communication and awareness skills. The river was cool and refreshing and students enjoyed splashing and falling in.  As the afternoon ended, students built rafts in teams and attempted to reach the resort.
.
On day 3 students learned wilderness first aid and CPR, and cycled in the farmland enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. The final lunch and reflections proved that all students had a great time!
